i have been on Nora-be for 2 years, missed one day of pills, full 24 hours, I had unprotected sex 4 times that missed day, I took recently a first response test & it came back positive, I took an ept test & it came back negative, I also have brownish spotting off and on for the last 3 days. could I be pregnant?

I would call your doctor asap and get checked out and stop taking bcp until you see your doctor

I believe you are... Most of the time if you get a positive, then you are pregnant. You can easily get a false negative, but a false positive is almost impossible.
