4 days late with no pregnancy symptoms. Can I be pregnant?

Usually I don't like to get ahead of myself and think I'm pregnant when I'm a day or two late, but now I'm 4 days late and I'm kinda freaking out. I don't really ever use protection when I have sex because my boyfriend always pulls out, we have been doing this for 2 years and never had a pregnancy scare. I usually get my periods on the 13 or 16 of each month, I track my periods on my period tracker app and this month I was supposed to get it on the 13 but now it's the 17 and no period. My nipples always get sore a week before my period and get really strong cramps on my lower back the day of my period. This month I just got sore nipples but still no period, should I worry I might be pregnant??
