4 faint positive hpt followed by a neg blood test

I have the mirena in and it was due out a year ago. (I know, I know. But my ob nurses told me it's usually good for 7 years so not to worry.) for the last couple weeks I've noticed my body changing big time. About the only pregnancy symptom I don't have is spotting. I kept getting bfn at home despite feeling preggo. I went to my gp and got a negative urine test there. I have had severe pain around my left ovary area since the Saturday before last (as well as constant shap stabbing pain under my lower left ribs) I went to the er Saturday for the pain and got a negative urine test and was sent home. Monday I got two faint positives at home, Tuesday one, and Wednesday one positive (still very faint) and a negative digital. Went back to the er for the pain Wed afternoon and informed them of my home tests. After over 4 hours waiting in that freezing er they told me my blood test was negative and sent me on my way. My ob was going to schedule me for an ultrasound but when I called this morning to check on that they want me to come in this afternoon for a preg test. But my results were so faint on FMU how will they come out positive in the pm?? I just want to be sure there is no eptopic pregnancy and no one wants to take me seriously. With all my recent health problems I KNOW when something is wrong with my body. What do you think ladies?? (BTW my ob is the only one where I live and the hospitals within and hour of here all suck as much as my local one.)

Thank you. I think it might have ben a chemical pregnancy or something because after Wednesday I stopped getting positive results. My gp wants me to get an ultrasound to check for ovarian cysts due to some pain I have been suffering since about the same time as the pregnancy symptoms started. I started taking prenatals on Monday and planned on continuing to take them until I get the ultrasound. Maybe if there is a viable pregnancy it will show but I don't hold much hope. This scare has made me realize that I am ready for number 3 and will be ttc after my mirena is removed 11-11.

You could be pregnant and have low levels of hcg and if you are and your hcg levels ain't rise you could end up losing the baby unless they give you pills to help your hormones
