Take the first morning urine because its more concentrated. Your hcg levels may not be high enough to take anytime during the day. Some women have a slow rise of levels.

At first I was taking the dollar store ones. Then I got first responce. I took 1 a couple of days ago. But not in the morning. I still have 1 left. But I keep getting negatives. So now I dont wanna take it until about a week.

When are you taking the tests? What kind of tests are you using? Each brand of test have a certain number of sensitivity to be able to pick up HCG levels. I've heard Clearblue and First Response are good for picking up low levels. If anything go see your doctor.
