90 days no period

Imp MAY 30th 
Normal 28-29 day cycle 
5-7 medium flow 1 day heavy last day light 
No period June 27, 28 
July 1st doctor appointment , Doc says wait a month 
July 2nd 3rd 5th spot only when Wipe 
Dollar Store Brand 2 pack 1 test Circle turned completely Blue The next one test control Circle had no line considered Both inconclusive 
Hpt CLear Blue Digital negative On July 11th 
All tests used first morning pee 
No period still July 25th 
Doc Appointment July 29th 
Qualitative Blood test negative 
Doc says Wait another month 
August 1st lifted approximately 35 lbs felt pain in lower abdoman spotted for 3 hours 
Any 3rd spot only when wipe Sometimes 
August 22nd still no period 
August 29th Doc appointment trys to tell me to wait another month. I said NO I need something for an answer. Now I have pelvic ultrasound scheduled for Next Week September 2nd. 
Could my results Be wrong at those times the tests were done?

Thank you ladies for your input.  I have never been pregnant so I really don't know. I'm hoping I'mone of tthose women who get a late positive.  The blood test he had done was qualitative which is just a yes or no.  Quantative blood test measures the hcg amount. I have always been regular so this just doesn't make sense to me. If im not pregnant then it's something bad from the research I have done so far, so hopefully I am pregnant vs something bad : ). Trying to stay positive

I went three months without a period once, i was telling the drs that I have to be pregnant because that's the only thing that can explain my missed period....then the fourth month came, and I got my period...All the pregnancy tests were negative...so in my opinion since I went through the same thing, you most likely aren't pregnant.

Blood test are not wrong i dnt think u are pregnant unless it happened sometime after the blood test i think u are just stressing urself out so much ur missing period
