Im 23y/o, NTNP and am currently 4 days late for my period (LMP-- 9/13/12, cycle length 31 days). The day of my expected period I experienced a very small amount of slightly pink watery CM (wouldn't have even noticed if I hadn't been looking for Flow). Since then I have not had any spotting or bleeding, but have had slight cramps and just that "Period going to start any moment" feeling. I'm experiencing my usual PMS signs (bloating, slightly tender and larger breasts, headaches and fatigue) but those can all be early pregnancy signs so I'm trying not to psyche myself out.
The last time I had a late cycle was earlier this year when I got an awful case of the flu, followed by an awful sinus infection. I know it's not uncommon for a woman to be late or entirely skip a period when sick, but before and since then I have been very regular.
I haven't made any significant life changes, or changes in exercise/diet apart from going back to cow's milk from soy milk. I'm a fairly anxious person by nature so I'm usually under some amount of stress (can't help it! lol). I'm wondering if I should start thinking about a pregnancy test or just chalk it up to a weird cycle? Sorry for this long ramble, but any advice is greatly appreciated! (:
