Am I pregnant? Negative test but I have symptoms.

At this time in my life I am not trying to conceive. One would wonder why i had unprotected sex if I'm not trying to have a baby but lets just say I messed up, big time. Don't get me wrong a baby is a blessing no matter the situation but right now in my life I am just not ready.

I rarely have sex, and if I do I always use protection. The unprotected sex happened on February 26th on the last day of my period. My flow was obviously very light that night as it was my last day. (Not enough to have to wear anything, just trying to give an idea of how light)  Anywho, he did not finish in me, and sorry for the TMI but he told me AFTER sex that he had ejaculated on his own 3 times prior to seeing me that day! I was upset, shocked, and disgusted. I know that there is a chance that the sperm from the last time he ejaculated is left over in his precum. I have researched and it says the chances of getting pregnant by that are low. But, are my chances higher seeing as he did that three times before having sex with me? He did pee before sex and had been drinking beer the whole time, but I do not know if that matters. I had protected sex a few days later, I don't know if that affects anything.

I believe a day after having sex with him I experienced light pink bleeding. I just brushed it off as irritation because I hadn't had sex in 6-7 months. I can't remember, and I hate myself for not writing it down but I think it continued for a few days and started turning into a brownish color. In mid March around the time I should have gotten my period I experienced this again, but it fluxuated between a brown-ish discharge to a dark red blood. I even saw a dark red almost black elastic-y blood clot one day. It lasted about a week, it was not like a period flow, but somedays I did have to wear a pad.

Another thing that could contribute to this is the fact that I was on Accutane, (a very strong acne treatment) Accutane is so strong that you HAVE to stay abstinent on the drug because it can seriously deform your baby if you were to get pregnant. So, of course I stayed abstinent my whole entire treatment. You also have to stay m for a whole entire month after ending your treatment to make sure it is completely out of your system. My treatment was June 2013-December 2013. So, I was cleared in January. My first two months on the treatment I experienced a period directly after having my regular scheduled one. I also had a 2 week long period. The dermatologist said she hadn't heard of that before, but after doing my research apparently Accutane is known for making periods irregular.  February was my first period after taking Accutane. I had PMS symptoms for what seemed like forever, I waited for my period for what seemed like forever too. Then I knew I was not pregnant because I hadn't had sex in months. So, I initially blamed it on the medicine. My period comes every single month, BUT it goes between coming the first week of the month or the second, I don't really know when to expect it I just go by my PMS symptoms. I don't know if you would consider that irregular. Mood swings, bloating, increased appetite, and frequent urination are common symptoms for me when it comes to my period, that is why this is all so confusing for me!

My last period was February 20th-26th. According to my app, my period is 15 days late. I have been bloated for quite sometime now to the point where my friend actually asked if I was pregnant. My boobs are sore, feel heavy, and I may be getting paranoid but I think my nipples are getting bigger and darker. I have CONSTANT heartburn and keep burping. I've had a headache for days, light cramping here and there, and discomfort in my uterus. I have been very tired lately, haven't experienced the frequent urination.. until this morning. I felt pressure on my bladder and peed 3 times within like 2 hours. Seeing as my period was 15 days late I took a Clear Blue test on Wednesday, April 2nd. I even held my pee just so I could take it with the first urination of the day. The test was negative, I was at ease for the day, but when I went to take a shower and looked at my body I was right back to stressing. Of course, I know that it's very possible that I could have had a false negative pregnancy test.

I have heard of women actually tricking their  body into thinking they are pregnant, and the body actually produces all of those symptoms. But, I also read that usually occurs in women who are desperately wanting to have a baby.

I understand it could just be me stressing out making myself think that I am, or that these are irregular period complications, or PMS, and that there is probably other reasons besides pregnancy for the symptoms I'm experiencing. But the fact that I haven't had my period makes me doubt all of that.

So, what are my chances of getting pregnant by unprotected sex, the last day of my period by precum with someone who ejaculated 3 times that day?
And do you think I am just irregular or that it's a chance that I am still pregnant after a negative test?

Please help! I do not drive right now, so another test is not easily at my finger tips. I'm still living with my parents and would have to ask them to take me to a doctor to figure it out for sure so I can't really do that right now. I don't want to make a big deal if there is a chance that I'm not. I just want my period to come which according to this app will be April 17th, but since I seem to be irregular AND super stressed I don't see that happening :(

Well getting off that medication can cause your periods to be irregular. You said you had light spotting but did experience dark red clotty bleeding.. that to me makes me think you are definetely not pregnant.  I'd relax and get another test when you can.
