Am I pregnant what is this pain?

I am about 2 weeks late on my period I took a pregnancy test but I took it 3 weeks ago it was negative. I still have zero signs that my period will be coming. I am having an extremely painful shooting pain from my inside to my lower back. It's happened about 15 times in the last hour. Is this a pain related with pregnancy? Do I need to worry?
