Am i pregnant?

Last sunday my boyfriend and i had protected sex (condom). The following day i started feeling nauseous and tired (the same feeling i felt early during my first pregnancy). We were pretty much sure that the condom didn't break because we tried putting water on it. I am still really scared 'cause during that time i think i was ovulating. Could i get pregnant? Thanks a lot. I hope someone can help me.

I really hope so Clysta. I'm just not ready for one now. I'm only 22. :( thanks for the reply tough. I just hope my body's just faking my sypmtoms because of stress. I'm going to test today. I know it's too ealry but at least if i see a negative result, i'll be at ease even for a while. Thanks Clysta.

Stress can also cause palpitations, and because you started to suspect it your body could have started to do it in response. If you didn't have condom failure the odds of pregnancy are less than 2%. I understand the fear (trust me I've been not too long ago myself) but the odds are NOT in your favour that you would be.

Hey guys! Thanks for the reply. Well, this is one thing that's freaking me out. I've been palpitating since that day after the intercourse. I've only felt this when i was pregnant with my first. This was one of the earliest symptoms i've experienced before. I can just feel my back throbbing when i'm lying down. And I've also been having stomach palpitations meaning my heart beat is fast.

Pregnancy symptoms do NOT start the next day---regardless of who says it, this is impossible. To feel pregnancy symptoms the egg has to first implant into the uterus, and this can take usually around 6 days after ovulation. Without the condom breaking, your odds of pregnancy are slim.

"pregnancy" symptoms do not mean you're pregnant either. Humans get nauseated, it just happens. I've been nauseated for 14 months straight (not including the 9 months before that when I was pregnant). We also have fatigue--again, this just happens. More than likely you have an infection or virus.

You could be experiencing the beginning of an illness. There's a million reasons to feel nauseated. Wait until your period is due and try not to stress because you can cause it to be late doing so. If it is late test.

I've read from other forums that some experience feeling symptoms 24hrs after having unprotected intercouse ,and that is what's scraring me. I've been feeling nauseous, tired, sleepy, and having the urge to pee constantly. I've felt the same during my first pregnancy. I am really wondering how could i ever get pregnant if the condom didn't break. If i'm not pregnant, why am i feeling all these weird things. I'm really troubled right now. Thanks for the reply.
