Truthfully, most women have very few symptoms early on in pregnancy.  Very subtle ones if that and as mentioned, they are often the same as for pms.  The reason they don't have many symptoms is because symptoms are caused by the hormones produced by the pregnancy. It takes a bit of time for those to begin to accumulate enough to cause any symptoms.

The best way to know if you are pregnant is a test.  :>)  Especially early on.  Symptoms can be deceiving and our mind and body can play tricks on us.

good luck

My pregnancy was planned.
But I knew I was pregnant because my taste changed. And I Had a Missed Period. The first month of my pregnancy I wasn't sick. But than for the next 5 months I was very sick.  I'm just getting better and I'm 36+1 but everyone is different. You can get your period and have no symptoms and still be pregnant.  Good luck honey (:

Constipation, fatigue, sore/tender breasts, frequent urination, increased appetite, nausea, vomiting, light cramping, change in discharge, heightened sense of smell/irritation to specific smells, sudden aversion to foods, sudden cravings for foods. I'm sure there are plenty more those are just the most common

Early symptoms of pregnancy are the same as symptoms of being period. So unless you missed your period there's no way of telling until you take a test.
