Bleeding in between periods

Hi there,

I'm 21 years old, never been pregnant and am on the pill. Ive been experiencing pregnancy-like symptoms for 2 weeks now. I've never liked the taste of meat but now im craving it, i've been puking 2-4 times a day and have been exhausted all the time, certain smells have sent me running to the bathroom and my boobs/nipples are killing me. I went to the doctors and did a pregnancy test (urine and blood) and both came back negative then they sent me for an ultrasound, vaginal and external which also came back saying im fine, nothings wrong.They also sent the urine for cultures to see if its an infection or if im sick but those were negative. But the symptoms havent gone away and now i'm bleeding. It started out brownish, went to a dark red that was almost black and is now bright red. Its not very heavy, 1 pad every 12 hours. Can i still be pregnant or is something else going on that the doctors cant find in the tests they did.

I would say that if you are bleeding heavily you are not pregnant.
