Bloody Discharge

So on March 27 last month my bf and i were getting heated but we didnt had sex and all but he did went rather near to my vagina without actually going in. Then my period came and lasted for 9 days (the usual was 7) and the last two days the blood was bright red and didnt came out in the same amount as a period, spotting i guess. Then about a week after it came out again and lasted for about 4-5 days (mightve been 3-4). In between those days and my expected period, i did randomnly had bright red discharge or dark brown ones for about 3-4 days. On the day before my period was expected, May 4 (i usually have a cycle of 30 days) , a dark brown discharge came out, i saw a blob of blood similar to the one usually happen on periods so i thought that was it, my period. But the next day there they were, again, dark brown discharge accompany with some bright red ones. And i guess im still keeping track of it right now but most of the time it's dark brown. I am having cramps occasionally and i did felt nauseatic that i puked two days ago and i might be having some comstipation. The only contaception i used that might contribute to this is the emergency pill which i took once in Dec, once in Jan, and once again in Feb, without being aware that i should avoid using it multiple times. Im feeling the same uncmfortableness as i would on my period but menstrual blood is not coming out. What is going on?
