Came off pill now pregnancy symptoms?

I came off the mini pill at the end of October. Since I've had no sign of a period, and it's now December. Last week I went to the toliet and was some light pink blood, I had belly cramps and assumed it was the start of my period, however no period has come, Ive since thought it could of been implantation bleeding? I've been feeling nausea, my nipples are sore, stomachs bloated, appetites increased and im extremely hormonal, all common symptoms of pregnancy, however I took a test today and it was negative, could it be too early? Or is it all just in my mind :s someone please help as I'm going crazy, I'm ttc so any help would be grateful!

Also received a faint positive test yesterday, then repeated by 2 negatives? Anyone experienced this before?
