Can I actually be pregnant?

Hey girls! If I'm pregnant then I'm 4 weeks. I've taken 4 tests and one came out fain but the rest of them were just evap lines. I'm 4 days late on my period. I'm having sore, itchy boobs/nipples, lower back pain, and I'm always sleepy! The day I was due to have my period I got some orange/brown blood but it wasn't enough to get on my panties, only when i wiped. Since then ive been feeling sick after i eat or drink water. I cant eat ice (my favorite snack) anymore bcz it makes me feel sick. (I'm not anemic btw, I've been checked) I keep having dreams and I know it might sound weird but i never dream. the last dream I had was last year when i had a miscarriage. Now I'm having dreams that i got a positive test but I'll also have dreams that i started my period. I woke up this morning and ran o the bathroom bcz i thought I bled in bed. And its really vivid like i can't tell if it actually happened or if it's a dream. I know I dont have any buisness on this app unless I'm pregnant but i really think I am, i just can't get a positive test! I dont want to be pregnant. my husband already has 2 girls and we are content with the kids we have now. If you have any experiences please let me know!!! Ill go to the doctor when I'm a week late!
