Chances of being pregnant?

I've read online that right before and right after (and by that I mean just a few days before and after) your period the chances of getting pregnant are low. But everyone keeps telling me that, that's when you're most fertile. I had unprotected sex after the last day of my period and he finished inside me.. what are the chances of being pregnant?

We weren't necessarily trying but we knew the consequences of not being careful so we're okay with yes or no

You are most fertile at the time of ovulation, (when an egg is released from your ovaries) which usually occurs 12-14 days before your next period starts. This is the time of the month when you are most likely to get pregnant. It is unlikely that you will get pregnant just after your period, although it can happen.
But if your trying to get pregnant I used an ovulation calculator.. Its an app I downloaded and literally a month in a half after I downloaded it I tested positive and I'm now 13 weeks pregnant with baby #2...
