Could I be Pregnant in any way?

I know all my symptoms arent just in my head and my symptoms were the reason I realized I had even missed my period in the 1st place. I am 9 days late but I've taken home tests that were negative so I've decided to wait until my next period to check and I'm just now having a tiny bit of spotting and I've been having cramps (which apparently is a symptom) all week and i wonder if it's implantation bleeding or could be ectopic pregnancy since the symptoms all match. Just to add. I'm married and 18. What do you think it could be and what might should I do?

When was your last period hun and it may be to early when did you test on what day I say test again in 2 days if its negative give it another 3 to 4 days let us no I'd say if you still don't get your period give it another week if your still late and if its negative your not pregnant but If I was you I would go to your doctors and ask them to do a ultrasound and then do from there

I had implantation bleeding but it was one day of really light bleeding and that was it, and 3 days later I was wondering why my period was basically non existing and took a ept and bam.4 weeks pregnant. If you're really concerned you could go to a clinic and get a blood test.

If you are slightly bleeding and cramping,  & tested negative I would say no. An ectopic pregnancy,  you would have heavy bleeding and be in alot of pain. I had implantation bleeding, & all that happened, was I wiped and there was a little blood. Barely any. That only happened once. Then three weeks later I found out I was pregnant!  I didn't have cramping or anything! Good luck!!
