Could I still be pregnant after my period came late ?

So in January cycle day 7 I had an HSG test done. My right tube was blocked and my left tube was clear and open. I had sex around the time I was due for ovulation. I had creamy thick white discharge , like tissue .. dull aching cramps on left side , peeing alot and sore breast . My period arrived 6 days late exactly one week ! I test 2 days before -negative . My period flow was light but very bright In color first day kinda mild day2/3 4&5 which is my last days light spotting dark brown bleeding and bright red at the same time then changed to light pink to light brown which isn't normal for a period ending.

Also now that I'm off I'm still cramping and having headaches .
