Extremely scared and a day late please help

I lost my virginity to my boyfriend April 8 at around 4 A.M.. I am not on the pill and we didn't use a condom. In other words, there was zero protection. However, I wasn't ovulating. Getting nervous, I decided to take Plan B One Step around 59-60 hours later (so less than the 72 hour time frame). I'm 18, I get my period pretty regularly. He did NOT release inside me, it was just prec** if anything. Our sex lasted maybe 30 minutes. My period was supposed to be yesterday, April 15th, according to one of my period apps on my phone. However it didn't come, and it also hasn't come so far today (April 16th). In other words, I took the Plan B five days before my expected period, and it still hasn't come. I've been experiencing a lot of cramping, and the side effects two days after taking the Plan B were somewhat strong (extreme fatigue and lower abdominal pain). I'm no longer tired, I'm not nauseous, I do have a somewhat stronger sense of smell (my boyfriends cologne is more prominent) and my nipples are kinda sorta more sensitive then usual. I have no weird food cravings or any aversion to food. All cramps I have been having are on my left side. Is it possible or probable that I'm pregnant? My mom will kill me, and I'm so scared and pretty stressed. I can't stop thinking about it and I feel like my first time has been ruined now that I can't look back and enjoy it. Now I'm just afraid. I'm too young to be pregnant! I have also had NO bleeding at all since my last period on March 19th. Any insight is appreciated. Thank you!
