Could I still be pregnant?
OOoooh. Then yes, they would be accurate at that point. In a typical pregnancy the hCG doubles every 48 hours or so, and pregnancy tests are sensitive enough to pick up 20 miU of hCG (First Response has even registered a level as low as 7.5) and at 4-7 days late that's more than enough time for the hCG to be higher than this. At that point you would be close to or at 5 weeks pregnant. You need to go in and have blood testing done to see what your hCG levels are at. If they're under 5, you're not pregnant--though this can also depend on the lab in question. Some say anything under 25 is negative, others say 15, etc etc.
I took 3 all between the days of being 4 days and 7 days late.
4-7 DPO? If so, yes. A pregnancy is not meant to be used till at least 2 weeks after ovulation and/or sex.
I just meant I was frustrated not truly saying they are dumb. Was just a title to grab attention. I was wondering if there was anyway taking hpt at 4-7 days was too early?? I haven't taken one sine that time
I'm not sure why you think HPT's are dumb. When used properly they're 99% accurate, and very few women are actually pregnant with a negative test. You would be 9 weeks pregnant by now IF you were, so there should be no way a test is negative and you still are. Symptoms in general mean and tell extremely little, so you can't assume you're pregnant based off those. You need to go see a doctor asap and have blood testing done to find out your hCG levels. There are more reasons than pregnancy to miss a period, and you need to see why you are.
No, I haven't seen a doctor yet. Was waiting too See if I would start.
Have you gone to the doctor yet? If you missed 2 periods and still getting negative HPT's then you should do a blood test. GOOD LUCK!
