Having Terrible Headaches... what can I do?

Hello All,
I am 12 weeks 2 days gone and this week I started having really terrible headaches.  It's so bad it affects by entire day.  What can I do?

It's my first baby and I have had a very horrible experience so far. Constant vomiting, bloating, terrible nausea, abdominal pains... I learnt from my weeks reading that I should be feeling better by now but I have no relief . Please anyone who has had this experience  be kind as to share. Does it get better? Will I have to deal with this for nine months?

You might also be dehydrated from vomiting which can cause headaches. Be sure to drink plenty of water and even Gatorade to replinish what your losing.

It might be worth getting your blood pressure checked as it can also be a sign of high blood pressure which is obviously a lot more serious than low. It is better to consult a doctor regarding the headache
