Headaches!!!

So on top of every symtom i've ever heard of (changes in breast, nausua, constipation and hemorrhoids, dry hair, montegomery glands became noticble, light short bleeding/period?, dull cramping, faint positive hpt) yesterday night I had a kinda bad heachaches for 8 hours at work, now this morning I have a killer headache. Last night I just about piddled myself every two hours, thats new. Yesterday I had to wake up to go pee but I had done the dirty before bed and didnt go pee before I feel asleep so that doesnt really surprise me. This morning the lips of my hoohah tingled for like 15 seconds and thats it, out of curiousity I looked it up and sure enough thats a symtom I guess. So I guess my questions are, if your mind is playing tricks on you can it trick you into having symtoms you don't even know about? The first ones I had it didnt know about were the montegomery glands (I thought they were just white pimples, that was the very first thing I noticed) hemorrhoids, headaches, and the tingling sensation. Also could I be having a mc because I had a faint positive the 11th? and then acouple days later a negative? I don't understand why that would happen if I was indeed pregnant.. Thanks to anyone who reads this and maybe answers some of my questions. No I still havnt re-tested, even though i'm not trying to conceive i'd be heartbroken to see another negative after that faint positive.

the test you took a couple days later and got a negative. it could have been a false negative. there's no such thing as a false positive.

No if you got a positive, your pregnant. If you want to be certain take another test in a week. Your hcg levels should be higher. I would not worry about the negative test. Also a blood test can pick it up better. Good luck & congratulations:-)

And I havnt spotted or anything since the 2nd-4th of April. I'm assumed I conceived the 17th of March. I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend the 14th or 15th of March.

My positive hpt was the 8th, not 11th, sorry.
