Help! Could I be pregnant?

I am 7 days late. I just started to get discharge (clear) This morning I had slight cramps and my lower back pain, as normal every cycle. Im so stressed out. I cried all day, at the thought of being pregnant. I also, was prescribed some pain medicine that I've been taking . So could that delay my period?

I'm in the same situation but I have no cramps or lower back pain.
No signs of my period showing, nor pregnancy, except for tender breasts. Please keep me updated as I will do the same :) GL to the both of us!
