Help Me, im scared.

:before i notice this symptoms i have 1week medication from i dont know if its herpes..

Good day Just want to ask if its alright??i dont know whats happening to me, My expected day of my period is Jan 22,2017 but i missed the 1st 3 days with the feeling that i am tired all day, backpain and cramps jan 25 i started light spotting..26 i used pt but results negative wondering that i am pregnant, 27th date of the month i noticed the light color blood spot again, i thought i had my period, lighter and not heavier.. light brown blood, dark brown on and off, until feb 6,2017 after that date ive try to used pt again Feb 7,2017 but negative results again, until now feb 8 i had spotting,sumtimes it light red then brown, then dark brown, i noticed it when i wipe..what will i do im scared please help me, this is my 1st time since wer trying to get pregnant..thanks..
