Hello i had my period febuary 5 and finished febuary 9 of 2017 im trying to get pregnant but today i started spotting its febuary 20 i dont know what that can be can anyone help me please i do have headaches and alot of backpain and sore breast but not sure if its because i might be concieving or its something else
