Probably. While some women feel them early, you can cramp for any dozen reasons. Many women when either TTC or fear pregnancy pay very close attention to their bodies and notice everything they normally wouldn't. If its pregnancy, a test will be now be accurate.
How would a test be accurate 5 - 6 dpo???? that is incorrect information. That is 8 - 9 days before her period is even due. Implantation probably would not have even taken place yet and then it takes a few more days for a hpt to pick up hcg. Even a blood test would not pick up hcg at this stage....
