I was supposed to start my period january 9 I didnt it came today on the 14 is there a chance I could be pregnant oh an I have mild cramping nothing pain full an my period has never been late ?? HELP PLS

If its a period, then no you aren't pregnant.
Like pp said, there's plenty of things that can cause a late period.

Lots of stuff can cause a late period, such as stress. If you tested before your missed period, you're likely to get a negative. It's best to test after you miss your period.

I took on b4 my missed period negative & I went to the doctor negative too I have to go to the,bathroom very often bhut if im,not why is my period late
