I’m having cramps, white discharge, lower back pain

What could it be? Missed period #2 I’m having cramps, white discharge and lower back pain. No signs of period help!

I’m still debating on whether to take a test or not. I don’t wanna be disappointed

Ugh, all you can do is wait a bit and take another test.  Honestly, you are probably not pregnant hon.

Okay, thanks for the additional information.  So, pregnancy tests are really accurate the vast majority of the time.  So, it is unlikely you are pregnant.  But you never know,  I guess.  I would test again in a full week if your period doesn't show.  I'd say you are probably not pregnant if you got negative tests as it doesn't sound like it was too early to test.  I had thyroid issues which made my cycle really long but I'd get PMS symptoms right on target and they'd last until I got my period which I only had every 3 to 4 months.  (big pain).  Hang in there.  Hopefully you'll know one way or the other really soon.  Let us know!

Those are normal symptoms of pms too.  But since you missed a period, how about taking a pregnancy test?  Have you had unprotected sex?

I’m 25 years old. I took a pregnancy test twice once towards the end of last month and a week ago. Both came out negative.

So this is what is going on....  for awhile I was discharging. Having lower back /abdominal pain. My periods are usually on point (1st of each month) we are now the 15th funny thing is it only lasted 2 days. I started spotting on Friday, started my period on Thursday ended yesterday. I don’t know what’s going on with me

So late in May too?  You may just have some hormonal issues and have irregular periods.  You didn't have unprotected sex again, did you?
