I'm wondering if I had implantation bleeding? And when should I test?

Okay, My period has been late for this month, and I'm about to miss it completely. Just the other day I had light pink spotting. It didn't even last a whole day. I'm wondering if this is implantation bleeding, because I have been pregnant before? BUT, the last time I was pregnant the spotting lasted a couple of days, not a few minutes. Also, it took me a whole 4 weeks before I got a positive pregnancy test. When do you think I should test?

It hasn't been 10 days yet, but that spotting happened two days ago, and still no period. Although, I do have some discomfort in my abdomen. Like a menstrual cramp. I was also taking antibiotics, but I'm going to stop taking them till I go to the doctor or something, because I don't want to risk hurting the baby if I am pregnant.

is it already 10 days late if yes go for a test u never know  unless u test.might be ur pregnant or may be ur periods might be approaching.
