Is it possible to feel pregnancy symptoms the day you have sex?

I have been on birth control for ten years and just stopped a month ago because I got married.  I have never been pregnant and my husband and I just had sex this morning and today was my first day of ovulation.  I have been experiencing the worst lower back pain and cramping starting this afternoon.  Is this possible pregnancy symptoms or something else?  As I said, I've never been pregnant, so I don't really know what it's supposed to feel like.

No, you will not feel symptoms the same day you have sex. Once ovulation happens it takes at least 6-12 days for implantation to occur, and until this does you will not feel anything related to pregnancy.
