Is this my period or implantation bleeding?

Okay so here we go. I stopped taking my birth control at the beginning of April (i had switched from Nexplanon to some pills) I took maybe 1 week worth of pills and then stopped. Nexplanon had caused me to not have a regular period so I am unsure of how long my cycle is. I started my period on April 15th. If my cycle was 28 days, my period would be today (the 13th) and I would have ovulated on the 29th and I had sex the 26th. But I also had sex on the 2nd of May. I took an ovulation test on the 3rd of May and it was COMPLETELY positive. The test line was just as dark as the control line. So if I ovulated on the 3rd then my cycle is 32 days and my expected period is the 17th.

So today is either 10 DPO or 14 DPO.

The symptoms I've been having the past week are constipation, fatigue, frequent urination, headaches, vivid dreams, abdominal pains, bloating, heightened sense of smell, sweating a lot even in cold weather, very gassy, pelvic cramping, having trouble sleeping, shortness of breath, and acne.

So I took a dollar tree pregnancy test this morning and it looked very very very faintly positive but then at 5pm I started bleeding. It hasn't been heavy bleeding, more medium I guess, it's less than my period. But if I ovulated on the 3rd would I really be having my period? I thought since I really covered both days I could've been ovulating I would be good since sperm can live up to 5 days. (I am young so it should also be easier for me to get pregnant)

Is this implantation? How long should I wait to take another pregnancy test if I even should?

i dont know how long you should wait, maybe three days to a week? but i really do suggest you take another test considering the conditions, like the symptoms or the very very very faintly positive result. update on what happens so people can continue to help! thanks :3
