Leaking breast

Hi I have been trying to get pregnant the other day my boobs were really sore for some reason I squeezed one and milk came out of one on one side only. I havent seen anymore milk since then. I havent had my period and over a week but my periods are irregular. I took a cheap pregnancy test it came out negative could I be pregnant still if not what can that be. my son is already about to be 3 and I only breast fed him for a month

Not milk. Doesn't always mean cancer. can do it when yourenl ovulating.. You squeezed it and it came out not like it's pouring. Tbh mine just did the same thing like an hour ago. Some times my nippkes are dry and I pick them and twice so far stuff has come out. Months apart and had a breast exam in between.

Your breasts would not leak this early if you're pregnant. Sometimes breast leakage can be a sign of cancer. I would recommend calling your doctor ASAP to see if they want you to come in.
