Lightening crotch.. Really confused HELP!!!!

Ok I posted before but I really need answers!

I had intercourse on Nov 5th ( on my O days)

I had spotting (period due one week from this )on 9dpo up until 11dpo very light! Usually my periods
Are brutal, extreme cramps, VERY heavy the first three days where I'd bleed through a super
Tampon! But this one was spotting and very light bleed. Started brown when I wiped
Next day it was dark reddish .. Wouldn't fill a regular tampon! Stopped that evening and went back to brown
Gunk when I wiped.. That's all!

On 12dpo I had 'lightening crotch' a few good shocks that made my body freeze up
For a few mins!!! Did a test on 13dpo and BFN..

Period was suppose to start today .. No sign yet! No cramping really a bit of fullness and diarrhea (tmi sorry)

So now I'm really confused .. Was it a weird af or implantation bleed but too soon to test?
I've never had this happen before or the lighten crotch symptom!!!

Thoughts here?!
