Messed Up Period?

Hello all.
On Monday, March 28th, I had my first yeast infection. I used Monistat 1 and had great results. That weekend, I visited my long distance boyfriend. We has sex several times. A couple times we would start without using protection but it wasn't long before he put on a condom. All condoms we used were good, as well as, he never ejaculated inside me. However, one time we were just "messing" around and he may have ejaculated on the outside of my vagina/vulva before covering himself so some of his semen/sperm could have been present on me. He was never "in" me however. The weekend came and went and the following Thursday, I got sick. I went to the doctor on Saturday the 9th and was started on antibiotics via "z pack" and steroids. This past Friday the 15th, I thought I started on my period. However, this has been every off and on for the last several days. Bleeding in the morning, after several hours I have none. My period was scheduled to start today, Monday the 18th. The time between my periods aren't super regular. They can start anywhere between 28 and 35 days, yet when I start it was the flow and number of days on my period is regular. But it has never been off and on like this, and I am worried. Could I possibly be pregnant? Or has the yeast infection, antibiotics, and steroids just messed it up. Two pregnancy tests have been negative.
