Misses depo..spotting, nausea, headache

Hey, thnx in adv for help. I started depo in march, took it again in June **a few days late** after the window in which it was due and now I'm due in sept. The last week or so (beginning of august) I've been having bleeding that ranges from bright to brown only when I wipe. Once on my underwear. I've also been having nausea in the morning but no vomiting. Also a splitting headache. No cramping, no tender breasts. If I'm not due til September for depo why am I having these symptoms? I've had unprotected sex and last time was 2.5 weeks ago. I've taken 2 pregnancy tests that were negative. Could I be pregnant??

You most likely bled when you were a few days late on your shot because your hormone levels dropped. Take another pregnancy test in like 2 weeks. If you had "unprotected sex" 7 days after your shot, you should be safe but no BC is 100% but abstinence. Good luck to you!
