If you ovulated on the 17th then that would be the day you're most fertile on. On the 19th you wouldn't be fertile at all, as ovulation had already occurred. And as stated, YES you can still get pregnant. Sperm lasts 5-7 days in the female body.
How do you know your ovulating on the 17th? Go to babymed.com and chart- the you need to test with an OPK the days leading up to it, dollar tree sells them.
You can get pregnant up to possibly 4 days before ovulation. The sperm can live that long, but will only be able to connect with the egg during a 24 hour period.
Sry i messed up. im ovating on the 17th and im most fertile around the 14th and the 19th. So could i still be pregnant?
Any day you have sex on leading up to ovulation. ANYTIME you have sex you risk pregnancy, that's what sex is for.
So i could be pregnant? or what of one of theses day could i get pregnant on.
I think your mistaken about how ovulation works. It's impossible to be more fertile AFTER you ovulate, as there's nothing there for the sperm to join with. If you ovulate on the 14th (and know this 110% and are NOT using online calendars) your most fertile days would be the 5 days leading up to ovulation. The egg is only viable for 12-24 hours, so if not fertilized in this time frame it will dissolve. Many assume you have to have sex the day you ovulate, and are wrong. Sperm can survive 5-7 days in the female body - so in answer to your question, yes you can fall pregnant. Are you TTC? I
Yup sperm lives in a woman's body if healthy for up to 5 days. Test the day you are to have an af.
