Nipples Turning White? Pregnant?

Hello,
So i believe i may be pregnant but not sure yet. Lately my back and shoulders have been really hurting, i am ALWAYS hungry and i mean ALWAYS! My nipples are also very sore as well as i have had a lot more cervical fluid than normal. It is creamy and white almost like lotion. Now heres the weird part. Ive looked up a few things and many say this is a sign of pregnancy. I noticed today that the tips of my nipples (like where the opening is for milk) are turning white. Ive never had this before. Can anybody tell me if this is a sign. And please i dont want the simple "go take a test" answer. Yes i know i have to take 1 and i am very soon. I need to get paid from work first because i am going to get a test done at the doctors for a more accurate answer so yes i know i meed to take a test. All i want to know is if anyone else has had this or knows if its a sign or knows what it is. Thanks

I had two really weird periods last month. I have never had that happen. I usually only have one period per month and they have never lasted more than five days. The first one was nine days before my regular cycle was supposed to start (December 7th). It lasted five days but it didn't resemble what my regular cycle looks like. Then I had another period on December 17th, one day after my regular cycle was supposed to start and it lasted 7 days! And it also didn't resemble what my regular cycle looked like. My regular cycle is light the first day, heavy the second, third, and forth day, and lightagain on the fifth. Both of these periods were light then heavy then light to where I didn't even need a tampon, I only saw a little pink when I would wipe then heavy again and then I saw a very little brown (like a tan) for the very last day. I took two pregnancy tests last month and they both came back negative. I have had weird dreams, trouble sleeping, tingling/throbbing pains in my left hip and upper thigh (on my side), red nipples that turned white on the tip for about ten minutes, little bumps around my right nipple, lower back pain, my jeans are tight, breakouts on my shoulder blades, different than usual high sex drive and I notice  a lot more moister than usual that comes on it's own before any foreplay (Discharge is clear and stretchy) , sinus infection for a week, very very mild nausea, not really dizzy, just feel off, and now my breasts aren't swollen but my nipples and areolas look how they did when I was breastfeeding my son and my youngest child is three! So could I still be pregnant and just tested too early. Never had any of these symptoms without being pregnant some i've never had before. And definitely never had two periods in one month! And I know some women still have their periods and are pregnant. And some women have had the same thing I went through happen and spotted or missed their periods the following month and tested positive! HELP please. I'm so confused.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
How are you? When was your last menstruation period? Amenorrhea or cessation of period, nausea/vomiting, frequent urination, breast changes, skin changes, and fatigue are presumptive signs of pregnancy.  These signs and symptoms are not proof of pregnancy but they will cause a suspicion of pregnancy. With regards to nipple discharge, hormonal changes may also be responsible and warrants further evaluation by a doctor. Take care and regards.
