ORAL SURGERY

Okay so I am pretty sure i'm pregnant and I had to go to get a tooth removed that was decaying within my jaw bone. They gave me percacept and i'm just worried that it might hurt my possible baby. My question is should i just take tylenol or would it be ok if i took the percacept for pain? Also, could the stress on my body cause me to lose it, if so how would i know?
