Are you asking if it is possible that he came, or if it is possible that he forgot what it felt like to have an orgasm?  If the latter, no it is not possible that he forgot what it felt like to have an orgasm.  He might not have been mentally tuned in when having sex with you because of traumas that happened to him in jail.  I agree with Chima7 that you had better get checked for all the sexually transmitted diseases right away and for hepatitis once the incubation period is over, there is a whole lot of risk in what you did.  What if you got AIDS?

Why would you have unprotected sex with a guy who just got out of jail? I would be far more worried about catching a nasty STD or hepatitis from him. I strongly suggest you stop having sex with him and get a full STD and hepatitis testing done and then in the future never have sex with him without a condom again.

What are you even asking? He knows if he came. Especially if it's been 4 years since y'all last had sex. Were you leaking *** after? There you go. If you're worried you're pregnant, TAKE A TEST IF YOU MISS YOUR PERIOD.

Well did any semen come out of you after because that would be a pretty good indicator.
