Positive Tests, no symptoms

This will be my third pregnancy and in the beginning of my first two I had pretty much all of the symptoms, but not too severe. My period is a week late (I'm normally very regular) and I took 2 home pregnancy tests, both of which were positive. BUT, I have zero symptoms. No nausea, no breast change whatsoever, no increase in sense of smell, no bloating, NOTHING. Is is possible that I missed my period AND took two positive pregnancy tests but I am not pregnant? Or is it possible that I am pregnant and really have no symptoms at all?

Congratulations on the BFP!  Every pregnancy is different.  You may have had symptoms with your last two but that doesn't mean you're sure to have symptoms this time.  And vice versa.  I would enjoy the symptom free pregnancy while you can!

Symptoms really don't tell anything. It's highly possible to have none and be pregnant. All pregnancies are different, and what you have with one you might not with another. This is why we stress so much when women have typical "pregnancy" symptoms to not get excited. They might hint, but they mean nothing in regards to viability or if you are indeed pregnant. Enjoy feeling good for now. You could get hit hard with them before too long.
