Right i need help i took a pregnacy test and it came up positive however i bleed for 3 days no cramping and the test now says negative however im really bloated an keep feeling sick and my belly hurts and keep getting pain in my lower back im really tired is this normal with a miscarriage or is it possible that i still might be pregnant im not hopeful though.

This is hard to say.  Since it may be a miscarriage, it would be best to call your doctor.  Do you have an ob/gyn?  If not, even your primary care doctor or an urgent care or clinic. They can give you a blood test, check your HCG levels and let you know if they are decreasing or increasing.  It's possible that you had a miscarriage but women do sometimes have bleeding during pregnancy and all is fine.  So, really . . .  you need to talk to your doctor and have a little blood work done.  Let us know how it turns out!
