Pregnancy test & Opk test

I took a pregnancy test on yesterday morning it showed positive and I took another pregnancy test this morning it is negative. My opk test is positive. Is a false positive pregnancy test?

You could go buy a digital test.

Yes i did read it in the time frame given. I took the same test. They were the same brand i think i dod drink alot of fluids last night before I went to bed.and ok thank you

False positives are  very rare. Did  you read the test within the timeframe given. If you read it late it could have been an evaporation line. Did you take the same test? If they were different brands one could be more sensitive than the other. Did you drink a lot of fluid before bed last night? Your urine could have been diluted. I have heard of OPKs being positive when you are pregnant, but I wouldn't rely on it. I would take a first response test or a Clearblue digital.  If you did the first test right and read it at the right time you're likely pregnant, but it could have been a chemical pregnancy. Take another test and if it's positive you're pregnant if it's negative maybe call your Dr and see if you can have a blood test.
