Pregnant? NEED HELP ASAP

Had sex until after Ovulation day bleed on 12Dpo till 19Dpo took a test negative & just took another yesterday & there's a line am I dreaming spotting frm 12-19dpo & didn't have to change pantie liner for a day or two. Tmi sorry. Could I really be pregnant & me spotting this whole time. ?
