Pregnant, miscarriage, cancer or normal?

I'm 28 yrs old, married, have not used any form of BC in about 7 years, other than withdrawal method. I have had a very regular 6-7 day period with a 28-29 day cycle since I was 10 yrs old. On Jan 2 my period started and ended on Jan 6, that is 2-3 days shorter than normal. On Jan 8 my breasts became very sore and stayed sore until the day I started my next period. I usually don't have breast tenderness until 2-3 days before my period starts. My period then started again 6 days earlier than normal on Jan 24 but my flow was drastically different (I usually start very heavy and clotty for the 1st two days and then light for the next 3-4 days with the last day being brown discharge.) This time I started with light brown spotting, then had red blood (1 or 2 tiny clots) but not very heavy and only three times in a 48 hr period.I normally have very bad cramps but this time they were unusually mild. Bleeding and spotting stopped on Jan 28 but then started with brown spotting again on Jan 30.When I pee I can see small pieces of light brown tissue like material, very stringy, coming out. I took a FR pregnancy test on Jan 24 and Jan 28, both were negative. Could I still be pregnant? Or is this a sign of a possible miscarriage or something more serious? Any input would be soooo appreciated!

I had a LEEP done in 2006 and have had 2 abnormal paps since then. My last pap was in August 2012 but it was normal, however the one i had 6 months prior to that was abnormal. I just took a 3rd pregnancy test this morning and negative again.  I'm worried that this might be something more serious so I'm definitely going to schedule an appt with gyn this week.

I think you need to see a doctor. If there is something else wrong then yoy need to do something. When did you have your last smear test?

Thank you for replying:) Did you have any pregnancy symptoms that started and then stopped...for example my breasts were very sore 2 days after my period but then felt fine a couple weeks later on the day I started the next period (if it really was a period.)

Sounds similar bleeding doesn't mean you can't be pregnant I am pregnant with twins and bled 3 months straight all brown blood. They say the baby sac had clots behind it. So yea either wait for next period or see doctor. My babies are healthy I'm 5 months. Blood is gone.

Thank you so much for responding. My husband and I have not been TTC but we would much rather it be pregnancy than anything else. I think I may just call my gyn and schedule an appt. to put my mind at ease if it's nothing:) Again, thanks for responding to my post and congratulations!

Honestly I didn't use bc for 9 yrs and was worried like you but I am now 31wks. If I were you I would see what your next period does if it is still different to you take another test. If your still concerned go see your gynecologist and tell them of what is going on. I did have bleeding during my pregnancy from a low lying placenta
