Pregnant?

Okay a few weeks ago me and my girlfriend had sex couple days after her period ended, we did use a condom but after I finished i noticed when I pulled out, the condom had slipped off. I heard it is possible she could get pregnant. So we have been keeping an eye on symptoms.  Latley shes been feeling a lot more tired, bathroom breaks a lot. Shes been more gasey, she has been thirsty a lot more too and I heard that can be a symptom. She's been feeling sick in the morning to the point of almost throwing up. Then shes fine in the afternoon, then by night shes back to feeling the same way. She has been also feeling a lot more tired especially in the mornings. And then starting yesterday shes been experiencing cramp like pains in her lower stomach area near her ovaries they come and go. She is ferile this week but she said she never has pains like this. Could she be pregnant?

I had intense crazy dreams, but idk if that's a actual sign. Have her take a test.
