Pregnant? Irregular? Or other underlying issue?

I started having my menses when I was 16. I am now 24yrs old. Up until this year I have been having regular cycles. This year I have so far missed 1 period and others always showing up late. I am currently late 3 days, my breast are extremely sore, and I have been experiencing cramps, some being very sharp and painful. Preg test is so far negative. I'd love to hear your thoughts. Thanks!

Your period may just be changing. To a different time in the month that happens to me ever so offten the timing of my cycle changes and the symptoms with it
