Pregnant or PMS

I'm 22. The first day of my last period was 3/5. According to an app I use to track my period my average cycle is 36 days. I had unprotected sex on 3/18 but he didn't come inside of me (or if he did then I am completely unaware). So that makes my first fertile day 3/24 and my next period is due 4/10. I am a little freaked out because I had cramping around two weeks after sex. I'm not one for sweets..never have been even with PMS however this past week or so i cannot get enough soft serve vanilla ice cream with nothing but peanuts on it. Today I noticed my nipples are sore. If i had to describe it I would say it's like that feeling when you push on a bruise. Throughout the day when I'm at work I start feeling lightheaded/dizzy. I feel very bloated in my stomach and pelvic area as well as around my rib cage. Then last night I noticed I keep getting these tingling or numbing feelings in my legs and arms.. like they are trying to "fall asleep". Lastly I find I'm getting hungry not long after eating and I daydream about taking a nap. So is this just new found PMS symptoms or am I pregnant... oh frequent urination too

Does this sound like pregnancy to you through? My first fertile day was apparently 6 days after the last time I had sex. That's what's making this almost doubtful to me.. that and I don't think he came inside of me

Might not get a positive yet even with an early detection test. I didn't get mine until two days before my period was suppose to start. Good luck to you :)
