Pregnant?

So I am 24 years old and I just moved to Germany, from New York, a week ago with my boyfriend of a year which is exciting, though I have to admit also very stressful. Before this we also went on a 10 day vacation, from Cape Cod to Toronto, with his parents and before that I spent 2 weeks at home in Colorado so its been a stressful month and a half. Now to add to the stress I am between 8 to 14 days late for my period (going from a normal 28 day cycle to a 34 day cycle). I'm unsure of how late I actually am because my periods have been a little weird the last two months, my last one being 6 days late. So I'm wondering if my cycle is changing from the stress or what.

However this time I have more swollen breasts that are slightly tender but not crazy, I have been getting some light cramping, some moderate nausea, mild backaches and I am quite a bit more emotional than normal (crying over weird things) and I've been tired.

Now I did gain 8 pounds on the vacation we took before moving but could that contribute to screwing up my cycle? I also took a pregnancy test 4 days ago that turned up negative so I dunno.

The main reason I'm on here is that I don't really have access to a doctor right now, being a foreigner in another country, so I'm trying to find other ways. If anyone has some decent knowledge on the subject I'd appreciate that help. Thanks.
