Question looking for advice with pregnancy

I know this might be a silly question but I thought I would ask it anyways. I am 19 and me and my boyfriend have not had sex but he has fingered me. I am also about a week past my period. I was wondering if I am just being paranoid or possible I could be pregnant. I know it's probably no but I am stressing a bit, I am sure he did not have sperm or anything else on his fingers but I am still worried. Some answers to help would be nice just for reassurance to know if I am being to paranoid or not. Also I am getting same symptoms I get before my period, though people said there similar to pregnant symptoms in a way.
