Spotting from BC or something else?

Hi ladies!

Okay, I finished my period exactly a week ago & I had unprotected sex early in the week (Sunday, Monday-ish). I've had very light bleeding the past 3 days, off and on and very minimal..only happens when I use the bathroom. I'm not sure if this makes a difference, but I get a very strong smell before I bleed every month, and that smell popped up either Wednesday or Thursday. I've had a heavier, watery discharge but I've heard that's caused by my increase in exercising. I started on Lo Loestrin Fe 24 last month, I'm on my 2nd pack now & I did miss a few of my last pack of pills while on my period..but I have been taking them since last Saturday. So my question is am I likely spotting because of the birth control, or could I be pregnant?

It takes a while to adjust to birth control pills and spotting is common during that time period so I would think it's pretty normal.
