This early?

I had started my period September 29th. I had gone camping for a romantic getaway with my fiance and to be honest starting my period upset me because it was suppose to be romantic and its hard to be that way when you're bleeding. But we did have sex anyway, at the time i was thinking "Nothing is going to ruin this weekend, not even my body". We hadnt used condoms the entire weekend.
I know women can get pregnant on their period.
But ever since that weekend, i've been feeling very different. We had a baby in 2013 and my pregnancy back then was a breeze, no nausea, no aches, nothing other than sleeping more. But Ever since that weekend i been sleeping a lot, i have had nausea, some smells make me gag (something that has never happened before), i've gained some weight, and i been eating everything (even food that i hate...like i hate cucumbers with a passion but i ate them the other night like they were chips), my breasts have been hurting for a week straight and normally they hurt for a total of 24 hours a day before my period but its been a whole week and counting that they ache and are sensitive. tmi, but I also been peeing and number twoing a lot haha.
I just dont know if i'm sick or anemic or something else.
Is it possible to show all these signs this early? My friend who is pregnant right now says she went through all this in her first two months. I feel stupid because i was pregnant before and this is all different. I just am so confused because i cant tell if this is a mega period getting ready to run me over, or if this is for sure pregnancy symptoms.
I cant get into the doctor for two months and my man has my car for work for a week so i cant go get a test. HELP PLEASE

I would think having your period while in the woods camping besides just ruining the romantic feeling would be a major pain!  :>)  Really nothing anyone can tell you.  You'll need to take a test.  Timing was pretty off for you to get pregnant though making it much more unlikely.  Wow, you are nice to give up your car for a week to your boyfriend. I wouldn't do that for my husband!!  I need my wheels and if it is more than 5 hours, he is on his own to find transportation.  Anyway, maybe a friend can get you at some time during the week or how far of a walk is it?  You're staying in all week?  Let us know how it turns out!
